Cheese is number one on the list of things that non-vegans can't believe anyone would willingly give up.
I grew up eating cheese a couple of times a day most days; I loved cheese so much that my after-school snack was often a cheese and Marmite sandwich... and that was no bread, just two thick wedges of cheddar stuck together with Marmite!
When I went vegan six years ago, the fact that life without cheese was okay was one of the biggest surprises for me!
But then I started importing Cheezly, and decided that life without cheese is okay, but life with decent soy cheese is definitely better. :-)
We sell Cheezly through our website, and through stockists all over New Zealand. And because soy cheese isn't identical to dairy cheese, and therefore needs handling slightly differently, I've written a little 'how to' guide for you.
(I don't know how to get clearer quality on the pdf below, but if you'd like a copy emailed to you, just send me a note to alice at angelfood.co.nz and I'll get it to you, lickety-split.
